This prefab modular fire pump house shipped fully assembled and ready to receive the equipment and plumbing to make it functional. Building this pump house off-site in a factory saved time and money over building it on site.

It came with stamped, engineered plans to assure compliance with State and local codes. It also needed to be re-enforced to allow for the weight of pipes and equipment to be hung from its roof. It is well insulated, and temperature controlled by a pre-installed heater and ventilation system.
