The Mass Development Agency working in conjunction with 7 local communities, came together to construct this cooperative recycling/ drop off center.  Time was of the essence to get the center open for use as was the directive to provide a high quality, code compliant facility as cost effectively as possible.  For this reason they owners decided to use prefabricated hazardous material storage buildings provided by SafeSpace.  Using this construction method, the engineering and construction time was cut in half.  There was a guarantee of code compliance issued by our engineers and we worked closely with the local Fire officials to make sure their requirements were addressed.
